Exciting events of today, with Theresa and her Wife.

1. Ate breakfast. This took until 1 pm. (Not including dishes.)

2. Ate bacon. (Oh wait, that was me, not Katie.) (I felt like I needed to go to Vegetarian Confession. This counts.)

3. Went to the St. Louis PrideFest, and got wished a "Happy Pride" for the first time in my life.

4. Went shopping in Katie's roommate's closet; she's getting rid of a whole bunch of clothes. I've so far (freely!) acquired the following: five shirts, a skirt, and the most comfortable pants around.

Other fun things of the weekend- climbing around the City Museum, going to the zoo and seeing the penguins, lots of gossiping (yes, we talked about you) and catching up, social worker goodness (Katie explained during her tour of her neighborhood about the redlining and racial segregation of the city), shopping at Trader Joe's, the purchase of a new purse, playtime with Katie's crazy relatives (they're really actually very nice), custard at Ted Drewe's, and plenty of anticipation of Katie's birthday tomorrow.
In short, it's been a great weekend.

But I'm not caving for real. I mean, I suppose it was a one-morning-stand, a fling, with the bacon. :) But I'm not actually going back. Not at this point. I mean, at least that's the plan- I'm not making promises (but I tried not to make them in the first place, really).
I don't see you giving up boys these days! ;)
