The shade of pink I turned today during staff meeting when I got teased about having a boy in my life probably matches the color of the new glasses I ordered yesterday when I had an eye exam for the first time in five years. Did you know it was possible to turn so pink, or for my eyes to get even worse than they already were?

Nicky and Sarah have been gone all week in Moab, and Christian's been in Fort Collins, so it's been just me and Sylv at the house since Monday. Luckily, she's kept me pretty entertained. We stayed up talking until 1:30 on Monday night, which was awesome. With Nick and Sarah spending more time together, it's been a good chance for Sylvia and I to get closer. She's really good to reflect with.

Also, I got a save-the-date card for Jen and Codak's wedding this summer. Holy hell. Did I mention that I introduced them? Guess I'll be in Omaha in August.

Hope you have fun at Bunky's wedding! I've been thinking about you lately, and we should catch up some time after your (and my) life looks less crazy. I miss you too!

I suppose it was a pact, and not a bet. Either way you're totally winning. I, the creator of the pact, am not even close to winning. I too think that we should catch up, but definitely next week if next week is less busy for you. I'm getting really excited about the wedding and I got my dress back today from the seamstress and it's beautiful and I love it. Yay weddings! I can't wait! I'll send you lots of pictures.

I want to share silly stories with you about this boy.... and I want to make sure you're surviving classes and papers and all of their stresses. I'm home during the days as usual, and on the weekend.
