So I was rereading recent entries, and I noticed a slight pattern. Right after I got home, I dreamt about finals week and stressing out with my wife Emily and some guy named "Steve." Then last week or whenever, I dreamt about this waiter at Shannon's dorm named "Steve."
Katie, I am in Minnesota and I can hear you laughing all the way from Kansas.
I don't remember him having a specific face, or even being the same person, but he was very nice- both times!

p.s. i was listening to the CD you made me the other night, and i was struck by something. listen to "Iris" and think of Encounter. i thought of it for some reason, and now i'm listening to the song in a whole new way.

I know you were replying to Katie, but what you said made me thing of my Encounter....Iris was the second song on our CD! What a reminder....

We should have a Kansas-calling party! Or, I should! I did get to talk to Katie briefly the other night, since she was at Codak and Jen's when I called their place. So you might just be next! Wa haha!
I don't mind that you stole my previous roomie. She smells bad, so you can keep her. (She does belong to this great band, though, and you should look into purchasing their CDs.)
That is really funny about the Encounter song. I was listening to Katie's CD and my mind had been wandering around Encounter all evening, and they just clicked so well together.... How funny. Maybe I want a copy of YOUR Encounter CD...! :)
