I keep furiously playing game after game of solitaire as if somehow, that will quiet the rage I have about nuclear weapons, the anxiety I have about my job interview, the discomfort I have about preparing to move, and the general offness I feel. Maybe, if I play just four more games, that will somehow still the ants running around in my head.

We see the same therapist, u'n'me. A hug for Theresa! Personally, I just feel better being in a world that has you caring about it so much. We'll all figure it out.
