I asked Bill on a date tonight. Oh yes, you read that right, T-Dawg tried to initiate something with a boy tonight. He was clearly very surprised (clearly, even over the phone), and we are going to talk later. I will be thrilled if you says yes! And if he doesn't say yes, then I will just be glad I asked. ASSERTIVENESS GO GO GO HOORAY FOR OPEN COMMUNICATION YEA!
I really really need to be working on a paper. What do any of you know about domestic violence and restorative justice? Enough to plan a project on it and write a four-page proposal for the project? By 3:00 tomorrow afternoon? Start now. And then tell Bill to say yes say yes.

i had a dream about you last night! Well, really it was you, your mom and your grandma... And I met you guys at Crossroads (I think at Chili's) but I had to take a Taxi Cab there, and I got all disgruntled and I came in and your grandma scolded me for turning off the meter in the taxi driver's cab. and.. whoo.

so on friday, i have liisa's shower @ 4, but i was going to come over after that? How's that sound to you?

I'd love you to come over. We're having a party after FAC, after dinner. We're celebrating my jailbird roommates being liberated for six months this week, so it'll be a fiesta. And dressy, too. Formal or semi-formal, I hear. I'm way excited. I might even shave my legs for the event. ;)
I'd love to see you, too. We should hang out some other time as well. Maybe after APO on Sunday?

About domestic violence, try calling the YWCA and/or Creighton's Center for Women for more information and resources. Also check around for local women's shelters.

You may also want to try talking with Cathy Pedersen in campus ministry as she is one of the people who was very involved in planning "Stop Intimate-Violence Week". You can find her contact information in the Creighton Directory.

Restorative justice I'm not so clear on but I'm sure Ken, Terry, or Roger could point you in the right direction.

I'm pretty sure he was floored. I don't know that he fumbled the phone, but I sort of think it was close. The Date Ball said something positive, so that was nice. :)
I've got some leads on restorative justice. Barb was helpful in class today. Other people in my class have already cornered the Y and Cathy Peterson. But it will all work out fine. I just have to think of a specific project.... Yipes!

Isn't that always how it goes? *laughs* I just read your comment on my lj, I'm so bad at noticing new comments on that thingie. My bad. And yes, you can join PWGSE! Fuh. Hope you had a good Valentine's Day, and sorry I didn't come to FAC- I kinda sorta, uhm, forgot. I was going to try and make up something involving cocaine and a complicated system of levers and pulleys, but the truth is just that I forgot. I put it on the calendar and everything, but I'm a moron. Hopefully I'll get Kels to take me next week. Heard she had a fantastic time.
