Dec. 26th, 2003 01:06 pmI am in a far better mood today. We are eating stir-fry for dinner, I received a birthday card in German from my bestest, and we are eating peanut butter ice cream pie for dessert. Plus I am wearing my gold Mardi Gras beads from New Orleans last year. :)
I have just asked my new Magic Date Ball (it's pink and sparkley) if I will have a conference boyfriend for the APO conference in January.
It tells me: "You can count on it!"

Yay!
Date: 2003-12-30 12:32 pm (UTC)The Date Ball never lies...
Not much else to say...just wanted to drop you a "Hullo."
Wherever you and K-Park are, I'm guessing that your games are more fun that the ones I've got here at work. Fortunately, though, a new Onion is up, and even a recycled holiday Onion is a welcome consolation.
Hope your New Year's party rox---with an X!

Re: Yay!
Date: 2003-12-30 08:03 pm (UTC)Tomorrow we get to play with Neal-bo and Jeffrey and Beste, and then have New Year's. I think Katie and the boys will be stopping by Sara Schulte's shindig at the St. Joseph place.
Katie asks, "Where will Megan go? Who is cooler, Stefan or Schulte?"
I'd ask the Date Ball, but it only answers yes or no questions. :)
Also, please explain the nickname Jastien to me. The Date Ball doesn't know that either.
T asks, "Who is smarter, T or the Date Ball?"
peace,

So many questions...
Date: 2003-12-31 08:43 am (UTC)No question: Schulte is cooler.
I just found out from Megan that she'll be staying up in Minneapolis for the New Year's Eve celebrations. You folks'll have a veritable Creighton alumni function......scary. Sounds like The Place 2 B.
Yeah, I don't suppose the Date Ball would be able to tell you the story of "Jastien." Truth be known, there's not really a "story." Rather, it's a screenname that I just made up because I liked the sound of it. It had to have an "S" and "T," because, after all, I'm STefan STreit, and I sort of liked the way it rhymes with "bastion." Beyond that, though, I just like the phonics of it. I always have been partial to guy's names that start with "J"....sort of.
So. Say "Happy New Year!" to Megan and Schulte for me. At the rate I'm going, I won't see either of them for some time...
But! I get to play with Kristin tonight at my friend John's party, and I'm certainly looking forward to that.
Alright. Toodles.
