You know what I like? I like when you think boys aren't paying attention, but they really are.
Khodai called me tonight, and I was so pleasantly surprised! I hadn't expected that at all! I listened to his message twice, I was so surprised. Weeee, that was very happy. :)
Tonight, we also had a community get-together, and we all went bowling- ALL ELEVEN OF US!! We can't even always get all of us together for our weekly meeting and dinner, so on a Wednesday night, this was pretty cool. It was cheap fun, silly, dancing, and full of hopping around and drinking of orange pop. Then we all came back to the big house and ate brownies for Eric's birthday. Hooray! I have the bestest housemates/community-mates EVER. I wasn't even going to go tonight because I have stuff to do, but I'm really glad I decided to go. Super super fun.
And at this time tomorrow, I will be (probably asleep) in a fifteen-passenger van, six hours into our trip to Ft. Benning. We had a meeting tonight, and everyone is so excited. Me too, actually. :) Everything is coming together, and I'm so excited that I'm not even feeling worried right now about the schoolwork from hell I will have all next week. 'Cause right now, adrenaline is getting ready to kick in, and it's gonna stay in my system for the next week. :)
